RWI is committed to maintaining your privacy. Please read through RWI’s privacy policy, as it will tell you how the company uses your information. (Note: RWI never sells lists of its clients or potential clients to anyone.)

 

 

Introduction

RWI was formed in 2006 when Jack Hays, CEO, saw the need for our clients to be able to evaporate water to help reduce the cost of disposal fees. RWI’s subsidiary, PCI Manufacturing Solutions, LLC, offers the highest quality manufactured steel products for oil and gas, construction, and other heavy industry applications. Protecting consumer privacy is important to us. RWI and its affiliated United States subsidiary PCI Manufacturing Solutions, LLC (hereinafter collectively referred to as “RWI,” “we,” “us” or “our”) adhere to the Safe Harbor Agreement concerning the transfer of personal data from the European Union (“EU”) to the United States of America. Accordingly, we follow the Safe Harbor Principles published by the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “Principles”) with respect to all such data, as well as applicable U.S. laws, rules and regulations regarding such information. If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and the Principles regarding Personal Information (as defined below) transferred from the EU to the United States, the Principles shall govern. Otherwise, this Policy shall govern. This privacy policy (“Policy”) outlines our general policy and practices for implementing the Principles, as well as applicable U.S. laws, rules and regulations regarding the privacy of Personal Information we gather through our websites (“Website(s)”), including the types of information gathered through such Websites, how we use it and the notice and choice affected individuals have regarding our use of and their ability to correct that Personal Information.

Applicability of Policy

This Policy is applicable to the following and only the following U.S. operated web sites of RWI: http://www.resourcewest.net and http://pcimfgsolutions.com/. This Policy is not applicable to any other of RWI web sites or aspects of the operations of RWI or PCI, including but not limited to, sales from other sites. If you click on a link on this Website that takes you to another site, please read that site's privacy policy and site terms or legal policy to make sure that you understand and agree with the terms applicable to your visit of the linked site. This Policy applies to all Personal Information (as defined below) received by RWI through the Websites, whether in electronic, paper or verbal format.

Personal Information - Collection, Use and Sharing

If this Website permits you to contact RWI to respond to your questions or fulfill your requests, it may be necessary for RWI to ask you for personally identifiable information, such as your company name, name, address, e-mail address and telephone number (collectively, “Personal Information”).

Because RWI is committed to protecting your privacy, it does not engage in the practice of selling or trading Personal Information to third parties for promotional purposes. RWI will not, for example, sell a customer list to an outside party so they can use it to market something to you. RWI only collects, uses or discloses Personal Information that is necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy, and RWI only retains it for so long as necessary to fulfill these purposes. RWI will not provide the information submitted to a third party without your permission, except where necessary to process or fulfill your order, including without limitation, providing necessary information to relevant finance-related companies, logistics and transport service providers and authorized after-sales service providers, as well as respond to your requests or answer your inquiries, or in the good faith belief that disclosure of information is reasonably necessary to respond to claims that content you have submitted to this Website violates the rights of third parties or as necessary to protect RWI, its Website users' and/or the public's rights, property and/or safety. RWI may establish in-house credit accounts to qualified applicants, which may be offered via a form made available through the Website. Should RWI obtain information from you for such purpose, RWI will use such information for internal purposes only and will not share such information with any third party without your express written consent. RWI shall ensure that any third party for which Personal Information may be disclosed subscribes to the Principles or are subject to laws providing the same level of privacy protection as is required by the Principles and applicable U.S. laws, rules and regulations and agree in writing to provide an adequate level of privacy protection.

RWI may use the Personal Information you provide to respond to your requests via mail, e-mail or phone. In addition, if you place an order for a product, RWI may need to contact you for additional information needed to process or fulfill your order or request. In certain circumstances, a form may be provided through the Websites for employment at RWI; however, this form is only applicable and available to U.S. residents. RWI reserves the right to contact you via phone, mail or e-mail if you make a purchase or request a service to determine your satisfaction with that product or service.

RWI may share personal information within the Company for the purposes described in this Policy. RWI also may provide aggregate statistics, and share general information about the Websites’ sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third parties, but these statistics will include no Personal Information. 

RWI has the right, but not the obligation, to retain and use such information stored in RWI’s databases and other information obtained from your current or previous activities on the Websites for a reasonable period of time, not to exceed any legal requirements or limitations, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce RWI’s legal rights and the terms and conditions of this Policy or the Websites’ terms of use.

Opt-Out

RWI may use the Personal Information submitted for internal marketing purposes. For example, RWI may use a data processing agent (such as Constant Contact or MailChimp) to send marketing emails to you; however, the data processing agent will have an opt-out requirement for all email marketing that will permit you to “opt-out” of any such communications. You will have the option of advising RWI whether you prefer that the Company contact you via regular mail, e-mail, or phone, as applicable. 

General Data Collection

In general, you can use this Website for informational purposes without telling RWI who you are and without providing RWI any personal information about yourself. From time to time, RWI or its third party designees may place information on your computer to allow RWI to identify you. This information is commonly known as "cookies" and many web sites use them and their use for such purposes has become commonplace in the consumer e-commerce industry. Cookies are pieces of data stored on your computer's hard drive, and not on this Website. RWI and/or its third party designees will only view information put on your computer in cookies set by RWI and/or its third party designees from RWI’s Websites.

The use of cookies provides benefits to you, such as eliminating the need for you to enter your password frequently during a session, or re-enter items you place in your shopping cart from visit to visit if you do not finish a transaction on an earlier visit. The information is not personally identifiable; in other words, cookies identify your computer, but not you personally. By showing how and when our visitors use our Websites, RWI can continue to improve them. Updating Your Personal Profile

RWI shall allow an individual access to their Personal Information and allow the individual to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the privacy of the individual in the case in question or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated.

Disclosures Required by Law

If RWI is compelled by law, court order or other judicial process to disclose any of your Personal Information to a court or third party, RWI will attempt to give you prior notice using the contact information you have provided. You hereby authorize RWI to disclose any information about you for any of the above purposes stated above in the "Personal Information" Section, such as in connection with an investigation of intellectual property infringements or other activity that is illegal or may expose RWI to legal liability.

Security

RWI endeavored to take commercially reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information submitted to RWI your use of the Websites from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. RWI put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. While there are always risks associated with providing personal data, whether in person, by phone or via SSL or other technologies over the Internet, and no system of technology is completely safe, "tamper" or "hacker-proof," RWI endeavored to take reasonable precautions which are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to prevent and minimize such risks in connection with your use of this Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RWI does not guarantee the security of information on or transmitted via the Internet.

Data Integrity

RWI shall only process Personal Information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the individual. To the extent necessary for those purposes, RWI shall take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Information is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.

Enforcement

RWI uses a self-assessment approach to assure compliance with this Policy and periodically verifies that the Policy is accurate, comprehensive for the Personal Information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented and accessible and in conformity with the Principles. We encourage interested persons to raise any concerns using the contact information provided and we will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of Personal Information in accordance with the Principles. If a complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, we agree to dispute resolution using (an independent resource mechanism) as a third party resolution provider.

Policy Changes

This Policy may be amended from time to time consistent with the requirements of the Safe Harbor and applicable U.S. laws, rules and regulations. We will post any revised Policy on this website. RWI is committed to following the Principles for all Personal Information within the scope of the Safe Harbor Agreement. Personal Information outside the scope of the Safe Harbor Agreement is subject to the policies of RWI that may differ in some respects from the general policies set forth in this Policy.
